Many painters get in love with the dutch clouds and light. Looking at this photo i guess you can imagine why!

The light is beautiful, but the most amazing are these rays of light going down to the sea !
Very good composition with the horizon near the bottom of the picture.

The sky with its clouds is really the first actor in this shot.
The tiny human figures are almost vanishing.

Hallo Kik-Ko,
I love light through the clouds; and it's really not that easy to capture so I think both versions are very attractive; but I think you lost more than you gained with correcting the light and noise reduction. Perhaps it's my old eyes, but I don't see an excessive amount of noise in the original. On the other hand, you lost some beautiful cloud detail in the upper left corner and you lost the gold-rimmed cloud edges and the goldin the rays bursting through the clouds. Noise reduction is a real double-edged sword.

"Amazing Dutch sky" - zoals je laatste upload. Deze vind ik NOG mooier. Mooie silhouetten van de vissers en prachtig hoe die stralen zich verspreiden. Ook de regen aan de horizon is erg mooi. De bergen in Holland zijn lucht. Knap werk.
