For me, this picture depicts the atmosphere of this city neighborhood pretty well.
Three different kind of light-sources, sunset, city lights and candlelight formed a kind of challenge. Adjusted white balance with help of Ufraw and the Gimp.

Welcome to Trekearth. I love shots through windows and you've done a wonderful job with this. I like the star effect on the lights outside and the candle in. The candle balances the shot nicely, too.
