Here in Middelburg, a town in the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands.

Hi Kris. I thought that not much would surprise me at this stage in my life, but your parade definitely has. Humorous shot and maybe an indirect statement about the pompous behaviour of some humans as they strut on the world's stage. Best wishes. Klaudio.
