This littel flowers are one of the first signs that spring had arrived at the Netherlands. You see them al over and they make a lovely colorful carpet as you can see here

Hi Kik!
I saw a few of these nice blossoms today in the park of the clinic where I`m working ,but not such a wonderful "carpet".
Great POv and good composition with these trunks in the background.The purple tones are wonderful.

Lucky you with all these beautiful flowers already in bloom. The violet carpet is magnificent and you chose well in having them occupy such a huge portion of the image. The background is nicely contrasting.

Hi Kik, it's nice to see you started to lay down flower carpets in the Netherlands as well. Very eye-cathching photo with excellent violet colours. Apparently the trees are still waiting to bloom and I am sure they envy those flowers:) Regards, Tolga

These flowers are CROCUS, they are very precious and SAFFRON spices come from them,which are quite expensive,the picture is excellent with very nice details and frame lovely view,thank you for sharing,

What a wonderful, joyful shot! We are still waiting for these signs of spring around here but your picture tells me it won't be long. Those beautiful flowers do make a carpet here. Lovely natural colours and good framing.

Oh wow, everything is coming up flower. this is just wonderful in such a concentrated are. These little pupple and white are the first to arrive and warn us of the spring. Beautiful shot with excellent details and nicely composed and presented. Thanks Kik. I can almost smell it.

this carpet of flowers is really incredible,this is magnificent!The purple colour is wonderful so well enhanced by a splendid light!The contrast with the grey trunks of the backgrond still emphasizes these splendid colours!
