[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
the "mariaplaats" in the old centre of the dutch town of utrecht. the remnants of an ancient convent. the church was torn down in the 19th century and replaced by a conservatory which eventually became one of the most renowned in the netherlands. the 11th century cloisters and some of the monastic buildings remained.
