hehe, DUTCH to the core? :) love the greens against the fulvio-signature sky-work; and the poppingly clear house in the foreground. as to CS and perspective correction: at least in CS2 there is a tool that's available under the filter menu. it's called "lense correction". i suspect, it was around also in CS. i am no expert of that tool though: was never able to get 'what i wanted' with it. maybe you'll have better luck ;)

Hello Fluvio! Are you waving us good-bye already with the little flag flattering in the wind :) It truly is a lovely corner to have a bite to eat, hiding from sun and wind, and watch the people go by, maybe reading a good book ... you see I have the office far back in my mind and rather daydream. Lovely summer mood, getting you ready to cross the big wide ocean :) Pretty photo, and sorry, I cannot help you with your question, I am using photoline which obviously should be as good as adobe but much much chaeper (one of the fancy photo magazines wrote that ... who knows if it is true ... but now I am stock with that). Barbara.

PS. Would be fun if you took a "same same" photo in Gunnison so we could see what comes out with your version. The place is at the end of Gunnison, direction Black Canyon, left hand side. You can't miss it!

Hi, Fulvio -

A very "beachy" photo here! A feeling of wind and water and sun, and being very lazy in the middle of it all. There is a bit of Hopper here, though I think you've closer to him in some of your other pictures.

CS3 introduced perspective cropping, which is what I use to fix problems in perspective. There are also some lens distortions tools that are supposed to help, though I haven't had as much luck with them. Oh, and you might try a Free Transform edit, possibly as a duplicate layer, and see what you can do with that.

Hallo Fulvio,
Heb deze variant al eens eerder van je gezien, en dan bedoel ik de locatie. Onze vlag geeft inderdaad een flinke lift aan het geheel in kleur en dynamiek.
Frisse kleuren, frisse wind, perfecte belichting, er valt verder weinig te wensen.
In PS is alls mogelijk, de enige beperking is je eigen creativiteit en kennis van zaken. Er komen steeds meer tooltjes die het eenvoudiger maken, dat is het enige verschil met alle vorige versies...

Grande amigo (dear friend),

I just would like to be there appreciating the view and some heinekens. The painting "people in the sun" would be perfect for my thoughts if someone had holding a bottle or can :))) backing to the compo, it's trully a pleasant seen. It comes with the bonus of your particular way to colorize. The flag is the eye catcher but the other elements are very important in the compo. Very good work, buddy!

Hi Fulvio,
Wonderful intricate details to the lovely seaside watering hole. Very clear colors and a wonderfully flowing flag but what puts this one over the top is the lovely vivid blue summer sky with its beautiful clouds.

Uw samenstelling is zeker goed, de gekozen kleuren eveneens.
Het onderwerp zijnde het huis staat mooi naar rechts geplaatst.
Links krijgen we een pracht van een wolkendek juist boven het terras.
Ja de Nederlandse vlag is hier wel een extra opsteker, een beetje nationalisme kan zeker geen kwaad, hoelang onze vlag nog zal bestaat, weet ik niet, komt wel in opspraak nu!

Hoi Fulvio,
Deze foto geeft een prachtige impressie van een rustige en zonnige zondagmorgen in een klein dorpje als Marken. Alles klopt aan de foto, de vlag die goed te zien is, het licht vanuit de juiste hoek en de opkomende wolken op de achtergrond. Uitstekende compositie ook, leuk met die paaltjes aan beide zijden, vooral ook omdat ze allebei een andere kant op wijzen. Heel mooi fotowerk, bedankt!

I think the angles here look fine. I like this shot a lot as the flag adds some strong colour to this scene. I have Elements 6 and there is a filter that allows you to correct for camera distortion so I would think it is also in CS3.

yes, I can see why you decided to call this one "The Flag", it does make all the difference. it feels that the March photo is more about expectations - the chairs gathered and waiting for the crowd - while here, even without the people, the flying flag and beautiful summer sky the place looks like in full swing :) love the clouds too. nice one :)

Fulvio, this is a much better shot at this cafe I think. Until you compare the two the other is fine, then once you see this one...
