Photographer’s Note

National Park the Dunes of Texel is a great naturepark, with dunes, little lakes, a wonderful natural brake-through of the sea in the dunes called 'De Slufter' and birds, birds, birds.
Texel is the largest of the isles north of The Netherlands and Germany and west of Denmark they call 'de Waddeneilanden'. The all have a side with dunes faced to the Northsea and a side with meadows and dykes faced to the Waddenzee, an innersea that falls dry very day for a big part.

A landscape that gives us peace and tranquility to see, I like the orange color of the high grass in front, very good depth in your shot, well composed with multiple layers of small hills and the small pond in the middle with birds. Very well captured with good light management.

I visited Texel and too an another island of the Wadden'sea, a very nice place. Your shot is dus a memory for me. Dank u well.

I like back-lit shots, although they are never easy to take successfully. You have made an excellent job of this one and the contrasts result is a great atmosphere. It must be a wonderful place to spend time.
