This mountain ridge looks like a dinosaur's chine. A very strange structure which seems to be formed by sand. Nice capture, bright and detailed.
Cheers

Bonsoir, Kik,
Très curieuse et très intéressante image d'une montagne dont le sol s'apparente à du sable à gros grain.
Un sujet qui pique notre curiosité.
L'ensemble constitue un lieu bien mystérieux.
Amitiés.

Hi Kik, Indeed, I am very curious where one can find such mountains in Holland. I think I know the answer.
Funny idea, superb execution. Nice colours.

Dag dear Kiks
This is a very original composition, of a type which we do not often see in your Gallery. I like the simplicity of it, the textures and the good contrast between blue and the golden sand. Excellent definition and square framing.
Thanks for sharing, have a good evening

Dag Kik,
Zeezand op het strand en de duinen zijn niet de enige bergen, wat ziet men in Limburg waar straks het wereld kampioenschap wielrennen doorgaat, het zal eventjes afzien worden.
Mooi macro shot is echt mooi genomen, bedankt.
Prettig weekend,
John.

Nello Kik,
It's a very strange thing thinking about a mountain in Netherlands, and with this kind of structure. I like the light, the colors and the beautiful contrasts, well done!
Congratulations and TFS

Very nice sand castle here Kik, and love your play with nature. Beautiful color and light management with superb clarity, which kind of gives this question away for me. You’re just too good Kik!!

This is an intriguing title, Kik.
As I know the benelux countries have very little to offer as mountains sceneries, the only possible ridge, is beeing built on shores...
You made me lough this evening.
Nice idea, well taken.

Ike

kik
when I was a kid my imagination used these mountains to create savage landscapes and I build many castles in the sand at side of my home (not in a beach, it was sand used for building). nice visual effect showing the marvelous mountains, in some aspects they are similar ones I saw in sahara last year. haha.
hugs
jorge
