Photographer’s Note
The next in my series of (unedited) photos uploaded on the road on our current travels.
This photo was taken in the small inland sea village of Marken, out from Amsterdam. We had visited it before in January 1972 when everything was frozen so it was good to see it on a warm sunny day. The cottages are old fisheman's cottages and I think that I took a photo from the same spot in 1972 but I'll have wait until I get home to check that.
