Photographer’s Note
The Grote Kerk or St.-Bavokerk is the largest church in Haarlem. It is dedicated to Saint Bavo. The 50 meter high steeple can be seen from just about anywhere in the city. The cathedral is best known for its magnificent organ (30 m high with 5,000 pipes) which was played by both Handel and Mozart.
