Once a year they have in Netherlands a "Mill day". Then are many mills are running and open for public. The miller is always glad to tell you about how it works.Here you see a shot of a running cogwheel. The one thats in top of the mill. This windmill is in Liessel and it grinds corn. Many mills are pumping water to keep the land dry and some mills saw lumber.
