Photographer’s Note
these past few days have been glorious days here in the Netherlands - weatherwise, I mean.
I took this shot yesterday in Groningen, and I swear to God that I did not use a polarizer nor retouched the sky - the image comes straight from the original RAW file, converted into TIFF and saved as JPG. all I did was crop and frame in Elements.
the detail comes from the rooftop of a supermarket, located in a Neoclassical building (quite amazing, but the Dutch are a pragmatic people...).

Un taglio molto minimalista, ma ben eseguito.
La diagonale del cornicione è in perfetto equilibrio da entrambe le estremità e il contrasto con il cielo è notevole.
Ottimo lo sharp!

Accidenti. Precisione geomtrica interessantissima. Molto buono il contrasto tra l'omogeneità del cielo blu ed i tanti fronzoli del palazzo. Ad occhio e croce, non deve essere carinissimo sedersi su quel cornicione. Anche se qualcuno potrebbe essere una punizione azzeccata.
