the point of view is really nice, 'cause we can saw all that the window with the "lady" in the dark. good composition and light.

I would like to try the "Mosterdsoep". I think you were quite lucky to take the picture without people on the terrace. Good cropping, colours and sharpness (I can read the menu hmmm). Did the shopowner pay you to do this commercial? I think I'll have a bite to eat now ;-)

Hi Hermann, A nice photo showing the typical European relax environment on the street in small cities. A nicely framed picture showing the entire front view of the shop. The picture is well taken with nice contrast, clarity, and sharpness. Well done.

A pretty good use of the retired shop-window dummy, I have to say - in any case she decorates your scene really well. A charming and colorful detail looking into this shop (that would be called a "deli" where I am right now, I guess) and an inviting add with the outside chairs and tables. Well seen, Hermann.

First of all it is the dummy that interested me :))) thought it was a real nordic girl like all the french guys dream about (at the same time you dream about our french girls :)))
Anyway I must recognize this composition is good whith these empty arm chairs in front of her and you caught very nice colors and a good facade.

Hi Hermann! (A bit later then usual due to a tech problem.) This is a delightful and very graphic capture (nice pattern, those chairs). The dummy is a real hoot and very clever and I like the abundance of outdoor type to. Erg fijn werk.

I think that images which build into collective archives of a place are an important source of information for future generations - a shot such as this, clearly presented and with text is an important little document of that place and for that place now and in the future.

TE encourages us to do that with images but perhaps in what inevitably becomes a more scattered way - but there are some photographers here who concentrate a little more on an 'extended home territory' - like yourself for one Hermann - I think this is great!

Very interesting street scene. Good composition and details. Very nice contrast between white frames of the chairs and background. Could be good to sit for a while in front of the shop and take a cup of expresso. Very well seen and done
