Photographer’s Note
Driving through the polder from Almere to Nijkerk there are comming more and more of these windmills. You cannot count them anymore.
This row you see is next to the Randmeer(lake) and when you drive right next to them you will be impressed by the size. These all have a different colour, slowly changing from the first one you see here to the last one that is soft blue. The sky was a bit cloudy, but is was realy hot at that time and I thought it is as a nice compo this way.
I have tried another frame in PSP so tell me if you like it....

Hello Albrecht
nice POV, i like the way you play with perspective ... first i found the wings of these windmills very strange, but i understand it was an optical effect.
Maybe a convert to b&w could works better ... not sure.
Nice compo

Albrecht,
Very nicely composed shot. I like the fact that we can't see the ground, it gives the photo a more mysterious feel

Bonsoir Albrecht,
C'est une véritable symphonie d'Étoliennes que nous apercevons ici.
Aurions-nous la chance d'entendre les chants des sirènes à travers le vent.
Une photo bien composée et très bien cadrée.
Amitiés.

Hi Albrecht. This is a really effective composition, very graphic and interesting. I like the amount of space you've left around the disappearing line of windmills. And yes, I like your new frame - simple, and the colours suit the photo very nicely.

The way you composed this pic is really pertinent :
> the perspective
> the dof, especially with the firt cut-pylon
> the exposure time that creates a strange atmosphere with the "arrested" mills.
Great job.
Stéphane
