| Being so far south Kotor Fjord is very different from the other coastal areas of Montenegro and Croatia. It is surrounded by steep mountains and has a series of small old towns around the edge although some suffer from past industrial activity. The jewel of the fjord area is the very laid back, walled, medieval town of Kotor (hidden in the mist) which as yet hasn't been over rum by tourists. |
