[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
"The Tear of Europe", is how locals refer to this remarkable stretch of river, the longest in Montenegro. Violent and wild, yet pure and clear as a teardrop. The Tara is a great water mass borne of winter snow and seasonal rains. The quality and purity of the water is such that it can be safely consumed by the traveller at any point of its journey through its limestone abyss. It begins its journey from the mountain ranges in the northern part of Montenegro and gouges its way 140km westwards before disappearing over the border into Bosnia.
For thousands of years the Tara river has been sculpting and scouring its path through the soft limestone surface resulting in one the deepest gorges in the world. The continual erosion has created an 82km long canyon, the second largest and deepest chasm in the world after that of the Grand Canyon in Colorado - in some places it is 1300m to the valley floor. Its banks are very steep and covered with a forest rising from the canyon's floor, its depth often camouflaged by its own cloud formations.

Bonita composicion, muy bien equilibrada, a un lado el rio y al otro la casa. Un trabajo muy bien logrado.

Buenos noches, José Manuel, largo tiempo sin encontrarte por el camino. Bonito plano general, me gusta mucho la definición de la foto, el enfoque es estupendo, también los colores. Serbia-Montenegro, un rincón de Europa poco conocido. Saludos.

Muy buena foto, precioso paisaje. Captada desde un buen angulo y altura. La definicion y sus colores me gustan mucho. El reflejo en el agua del rio esta estupendo. El verdor del pequeño valle y las casas estan muy bien captadas.

Hola Jose Manuel.
La composición es genial: un plano que parece casi perpendicular al suelo y roto a mano izquierda y de arriba a abajo por el río.
Luego el color, el verde la foto, es genial, así como la casa, los árboles y todo lo que encontramos sobre el suelo.
Muy buena la foto. Buen trabajo.

que vista mas campestre y aerea nos has regalado! te fuiste de excursión por estos altos valles del cañón? Es bonito ver el contraste del valle con vegetación espesa y el rio serpenteándolo, y justo al lado estos apacibles campos llenos con mas tonalidades de verde. Realmente un punto de vista casi mágico del lugar!
Que poco nos vemos ya por aquí! yo tampoco tengo mucho tiempo... demasiadas cosas en la cabeza y que hacer!
