Photographer’s Note

This is a view of the Adriatic Sea took from the tiny and wonderful
island of Sveti Stefan, in the formernly Yugoslavia, and today in
Serbia-Montenegro.
I went there in the mid 80's for some days. Sveti Stefan is a small
Mount Saint Michelle, without a cathedral on the top. All the
fishermen village was transformed in the beginnings of the 80's by the
dictator Tito in a resort for Western tourist.
Today, i read that it is re-transformed in a casino for Eastern torusits.

Ciao Paolo,
I like the composition, the colors and the light but i've to be honest and there's and incredible amount of noise in the picture (prolly due to the scan). I've tried to pass it on Neatimage and was unable to improve it.

sono stato a Sveti Stefan andando in Grecia, un anno che avevo deciso di fare una specie di avventura (a quei tempi farsi tutta la costiera e poi l'interno lungo il confine Albanese (che era invalicabile) era davvero un'avventura!
Ricordo un paesino bellissimo pieno delle barche dei 'ricchi' europei. Poi c'è stata la guerra, adesso vorrei tornarci a vedere... ma ancora non mi fido!
Purtroppo la foto dev'essere un bel po' ingrandita, perchè è difficilmente decifrabile: si vede la grana (!?) e l'orizzonte pende un po'
Pur essendo un bellissimo cielo al tramonto e una composizione 'classica' con la silouette del veliero e del promontorio, non sono sicuro se stai facendo un test (con lo scanner ?).
Se ne hai altre, sarebbe bello vedere un'immagine del paese, com'era!
