Another kind of view for Sveti Stefan
I dont know from when the island is closed, I really regret I didnt visit it,but maybe next time
In early 2007, Amanresorts, a Singapore based luxury resort operator won a contract to lease Sveti Stefan, along with the Miločer and Kraljičina beach resorts for a 30 year period. The island was subsequently closed and extensive renovations began with plans to re-open in 2008. However, as of August 02, 2009, the resort remains closed and renovations have ceased.

Although it is closed, the beaches north and south of the island are open to the public.
Shot taken when we stopped the car on the road to have another panoramic look :)

Here the colours of the roofs are very beautifuls.These sculptures are really interestings.The composition is excellent.

The art is a nice foreground for the background. In thumbnail it seems they are part of the landscape.
I don't like those luxury resort operations. But local people must have means to live. It's not easy.

Buna Isabela,
pacat ca era inchis, pare un rezultat din criza. Dar imi place idea sa prezinti insula putin out of focus, ai creat o atmosfera deosebita.
