Photographer’s Note

4 years ago I've joined TE...

I joined Trek Earth because I saw here one picture posted with a wooden house and I wanted to contact the photographer ....and this was the only way to send an email to him
Here I have learned a lot about friendship, travels, people and photo techniques here. Also not to mention meeting some very interesting and talented people, and they became my friends
This passion for photography has taught to look at the world and people in a whole new way,and still learning from you all TE members

After 4 years I see that still I love TE , even we all had hard times here ,and TE has changed too much
But for all what TE means for us, I wanna say THANK YOU TE
Thank you to you all for support, friendship , thanks for every advice you gave me !

Visiting Kotor ,I liked the model of pavement there and I tried to make it more impressive converting all in b&w

And a cool one from Kotor, the place is a really nice selection.
TE means the same for me, it means soooo much more than only photography to me. I feel like home, here.

An intriguing and most interesting photo with all these lines and patterns. I actually do not like b/w photos at all (because the world isn't b/w) - but here it works...

Congrats on your excellent work on many of the posts that i've seen from you since I'm on TE
Really too bad, as far as i'm concerned, that this celebration corresponds to one of the few posts that i do not particularly appreciate
The BG is rather strongly overexposed and it looks to me "overdone", like some of the HDR treatments not well managed, which (IMHO) denaturate otherwise beautiful images
Hope you wont mind too much my sincerity !?

You're right the pavement is the nice point of this image and you processed this image a la Anes to reveal it even more, but I'm not fond of the overboosted background highlights.

Congratulations for these 4 years. Even if I don't come very often to comment your gallery, I like very much your work and this photo is the proof of your talent. The use of B/W is a very good idea and it allows you to make a beautiful composition around the geometry of walls and ground.

Ahh I've missed the anniversary, but better late than ever, Happy 4th TE Birthday!!! There is such an atmosphere in TE that even in very desperate times each member is somehow bound to each other. Even though I am active for only 1,5 years I also feel so...

I guess that many of us who are now "regulars" on TE will share your feelings and your opinion - it seems that we all have a kind of "catholic marriage", like mesutilgim rightly put it...
I for one enjoy very much your photos, especially when they play with light, colours and the interpretation of reality as you often do.
my best wishes for these 4 years, with the hope of lots and lots of more beautiful "visions" from your side!

Nice graphic work on the occasion. The place and pavements are great, still I love people in there looking each in other direction. And the dress in the doors is as a promise... Like a feeling of unreality here...
