Hi Leonie
I find this quite an odd composition - from the thumbnail, the cactus spikes in the foreground made me think of a view looking through the crown on top of the Statue of Liberty! It's a really interesting view of the city and the DOF is excellent.

i apprecite your pov here, Quite a difficult image to make it interesting, and you managed this very well imho.. The cactus is a big plus..also good idea to frame it vertically..

Jolie plongée sur le Rocher dans la brume de chaleur. J'ai mis du temps avant de voir le port sur la gauche dont l'allignement des bateaux ressemble un peu au toit des immeubles alentour.

J'aime bien le tout premier plan "qui s'y frotte s'y pique ?"

This is anice view from the place, and also a good idea to reinforce the height of the POV by this portrait format and angle.

Hi Leonie. I like the high pov and the beautiful view. I might have tried a landscape orientation, but that's just me. What are the spires in front of you? They remind me of the top of the Stature of Liberty! ;) Oh happy 4000 points! Nice shot Leonie!

Bonne idée d'avoir inclu ces branches de cactus en premier plan, ca donne une bonne profondeur à l'image. La netteté est bonne, et les couleurs sont agréable

Hi Léonie, I like the grand view of the city from the top. Judging from the soft color in the distance in contrast with the clear view in the front, I guess that it is a hot steamy day when you took this picture. Nice frame using the plant in the front. A well taken picture.

alors on est allé flamber dans les casinos ;o)...sympa cette compo avec les cactus, dommage que le zoom fait perdre un peu de precision sur le fond de l'iamge, mais cette vue reste belle et assez inedite sur TE.

Hallo Léonie. Eine gut ausgewählte, selten gesehene Perspektive auf Monaco, mit einer schönen Farbpalette und einer guten Schärfentiefe (Tiefenschärfe?) bis runter ans Meer. Witzig - die Pflanze im Vordergrund erinnert (wie auch von Cos beobachtet) ein bisschen an die Krone der Freiheitsstatue. Well done.
