Thought I would try and see if this really interesting photo could be enhanced (in a workshop). The top made it seem to washed with mixed colors, thus I cropped it some. The buildings were rich with color and I simply added just a touch more of saturation and sharpness. I also added a border to help highlight the colors in the buildings and offeset the image content.
