Exact localisation of the pict.

There's two way of seeing Principality of Monaco (click here for informations), you can see it as a tax heaven place were money from mafia, drugs and so on is turn onto "clean" money. Or you can only look to the bright side of it: a funny small state with rich history and full of beautifull and interesting places (an incredible number of museums, for example) and a temple of car racing (Monte Carlo Rally and Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix)...

One week every year, streets of Monaco are turning into the most exotic Formula 1 track of the world. That's what I wanted to show you with this shot of a red Ferrari parked in front of "L'Hôtel de Paris". I decided to do a partial desaturation to match the Principality of Monaco's national colors...

Doesn't get much more Monegasque than this. ;) The partial desaturation really allows the Ferrari to stand out and I like how that pattern on the street is leading up to the car. Good DOF as well which allows the viewer to appreciate the nice old architecture in the back as well.

Bonjour, Loïc. La courbe des vibreurs nous introduit bien dans l'image et mène le regard vers la jolie italienne. La désaturation fait bien ressortir le rouge sur l'asphalte et la façade du bâtiment. Une photo qui en un coup d'oeil résume bien l'ambiance monégasque.

Un post-traitement parfait! Belle ambiance monégasque.
On peut être un fan de bagnoles ou pas mais une Ferrari! C'est tout simplement super beau.

Bonjour Loic,

Je devais etre obnubiler par le rouge car je n avais pas noté la desaturation partielle. Comme quoi tu as du trouver un juste equilibre.
Tu as bien fait de floutter la plaque de ta voiture, ca t evitera d etre ennuyé ;-)

Bonjour Loïc,
Tiens! je devais être distrait pour avoir aussi mal garée la voiture de mon chauffeur :) Même si j'ai du mal à m'en convaincre, il faut des riches aussi, sinon le Monde ne serait pas le Monde. Pas question d'être jaloux ou envieux et encore moins d'être aigri ou révolté, je préfère voir là une magnifique voiture, réalisation due à l'intelligence et au travail. Bravo, un bel ouvrage artistique.

Le PdV est superbe et met en valeur ce symbole de richesse qui est le Ferrari. La desaturation partial est super bien ici. J'aime beaucoup la correspondance entre la peinture au sol,qui conduit le regarde pour l'auto.
