very well captured and nicely presented shot. In this b/w I like the slightly blurred subject and the noise that imo makes the picture. Thanks and all the best!

Hi Dan,
It's interesting how you rotated the photo about 10 degrees to the right to make the bird looks at the sky instead of a prospective meal. Is this a stork? You've captured fine detail in the bird. I think you probably added noise; norbert does that too. After looking at a few photos with this effect, I wonder if you used the noise to enhance the details of the bird? I like your intro note as well, "camera in hand 1977," I can see your passion in your photos as well.
