Photographer’s Note
The Saint Maria Church, built in 1905 dedicated to the Ascension of St. Mary above an 18th century cave church and on the location of a destroyed 14th century fortress. The church was shot down under the Soviets in 1944, but services resumed in 1996.
In every decent angle I could come up with, this blue truck was in the shot, so I made it a feature rather than try to hide it. It gives a suggestion that this is a "working" church. It appears there is active (though perhaps very slow) construction going on as there was a fresh pile of sand and some clean concrete work just outside the frame of this shot.

Hi Dan,
Haha, good explanation. Looking at the front tyre of this truck, I'm not so sure if this truck was part of that - very slow - effort to (re)construct something. I like the PoV you show us. Good choice to add the truck in the shot and make it part of the whole compo, instead of trying to hide it.
Greetings,
Dennis
