Photographer’s Note
This building is located almost in the centre of Chisinau at the crossroads of Bucuresti street and S. Lazo street. The house was built in the 80s of the 19th century in modern Barocco style. Initially, it used to be a villa house of a rich Moldovan nobleman Mimi. Later, the building was used for different purposes. It used to host an infant hospital, and also as an excise house. Nowadays, the house is in bad condition, it can be seen in the photo. But it is still beautiful.
