Photographer’s Note

This is a typical Maltese bus. It's one of the best ways to move from one point to another on Malta. Lots of tourists know it and thats why you can find lot of tourists in this kind of communication, but honestly they are real bullets!:) And if you add to this bus a real Maltese bus driver...then there is nothing what could stop this thunder;)

£o, ludzie! Ale bryka! Nie¼le odstawiony, choæ ostatnio podró¿owanie autobusami nale¿y do do¶æ ryzykownych... Na górze trochê za du¿o ¶wiat³a. Ale poza tym ok! Jecha³a¶ nim?

Here I go again, Aga and Michal, finding fault with what everybody likes. I agree the colours are nice and bright and the shot is sharp. I think you tried to clean up the sky because there is a dark blue spot in the middle. Cleaning up the sky is a good idea, but even better would be to crop as much of it out as possible because it is uninteresting and there is no information in it. A tighter crop would make for a more dramatic image. For even greater drama, you coould have got down on your knees and shot upwards, which would distort the perspective, but in this case add a bit of humour. Although this is a shot of a bus, the image in dead centre, perfectly squared off is very static. Or ... with all these bright colours you could go for a more graphic interpretation by really cropping close and letting the guess what it is. Why don't you try a little experimenting with different points of view and daring angles?
