If you want to see a panoramic of the Grand Harbour, the Upper Barrakka Gardens (Il-Barrakka ta' Fuq) is the place.
It was 1775 when this park was created. Several statues, including that of Sir Winston Churchill can be found in this park. This garden was the gift of an Italian knight. Many Maltese and Tourists alike visit this Garden for their recreation especially during the evenings.
