This is a very neat and clean image with good clarity, natural colour and details involved!
If you can move a little way back to level your camera, you will have a larger angle of your fg perspective and the beautiful sky! just my opinion as a friend! hope you do not mind!

Hello,
Why wasting time capturing this photo. Low quality very few lights and the date reduces the photo quality. The clouds are the only thing that increase the photo's quality.
Anyway keep trying but try to focus on other things
