Photographer’s Note
I usually don't like these opulent churches that much, but this one has blown me away.
St. George's Basilica is situated in the middle of Gozo's (Gozo is Malta's second largest island) capital Victoria and is surrounded by a maze of charming old narrow streets and alleys. The basilica was built between 1672 and 1678.
