Photographer’s Note

Last year visiting Malta we went also to Gozo island. It's magnificent place, with so different climate than Malta and Comino...
We were absolutely surpriced with amazing buildings colours - sandy yellow, which in narrow alleys were looking superb. Of course taking some pics was a must so we prepared a tripod etc. and wanted to start shooting. Suddenly one of boys playing there, when saw some tourists with a camera, started to ride a bicycle up and down the alley, up and down...You are even not able to imagine what fun this kid had:) I think his eyes shows boy's feelings...
So this way we spent there almost an hour and took some photos with unexpected guest on them...like the one we show here...

Well done, Aga. You managed to removed the original pix before I had a chance to post the exact same workshop you have here. I would just do an auto levels on it and sharpen.

Hi Aga and Michal,
I like the atmosphere of the picture, yellow tones everywhere, including the door, and this young boy enjoying with his bicycle (perfectly not centred). This place seems to be a heaven to those who search some quietude.

Your shot makes me smilke and definitely takes me back to 30 years, when I was kid and would roam like a rhino any where and everywhere.
Your compostion is praiseworthy, and the kid is enjoying being clicked.

Bella composición. Me gustan estos tonos amarillentos de color de las casas. Destacaría tambien la expresividad del niño encantado con su bicicleta.

Wspaniale zdjecie. Colory sa extra i tak jak muwisz twarz tego dzieciaka promjeniuje radosciom. Pozycje tej woskjej uliczki jest perfect w tym zdjeciu.

Swietne jest to zdjecie.
Prosta scena, ale dzieki tym zoltym kolorom oraz doskonalemu kadrowi (chlopiec jest w idealnym miejscu), robi to duze wrazenie. No i jak on fajnie zasuwa !!!

J'aime beaucoup cette photo si joyeuse et pleine de vie. Il a l'air si heureux ce petit garçon sur son vélo rouge. Le jaune de la rue apporte aussi de la chaleur à l'ensemble.
I Like very much this photo so joyful and full of life. He is so happy this little boy whith his red cycle. The yellow of the street also brings some heat to the set.

Pozwolilem sobie zajrzec glebiej do waszej galerii.
To zdjecie jest super. Spodziewalbym sie na takiej uliczce zobaczyc starsza pania w czerni... a u was malec wygladajacy jakby za chwile chcial wyskoczyc ze zdjecia. Dla mnie ekstra.

The range of different hues of yellow is just incredible. You also shot the kid at just the right moment with a big smile on his face. Really a fantstic capture.
