Photographer’s Note
Stip is the biggest town in eastern Macedonia and has existed since ancient times when it was called Astibos. The fortress, named Isar, standing on a hill over the town was originally built in ancient times but it has been reinforced through the centuries. It offers interesting views over Stip, Novo Selo village and the surroundings.
