nice exemplar modern architecture
excellent reflection sky in glass

The play of colours on ths canvas of yours attracted me to open the thumbnail.
The reflections are superb, but the placement of the pole with the flag disturbs the composition.
Its my personal opinion, that you should have moved more to your left, and then a few steps backward. to compose the shot in such a way that the pole would move more towards right.
