This photograph has been taken in the bight of the river Sûre in the beautiful village Esch s Sûre in Luxembourg, with light drizzle, but greenness reaches by this weather much more its right.

Belle vue de la rivière Sûre qui apporte une note agréable et appaisante.
Je trouve néanmoins qu'un peu plus de contraste aurait donné plus de relief à ce cliché aux belles couleurs.
J'ai tenté un WS j'espère qu'il vous plaira.

Dit is inderdaad Ardennen groen op zijn meest fris, John, slim om de lucht eraf te laten. De compo met water als ordenend element is fraai en de kleuren zijn patent. Goed werk!
ps Wat een malheur met je Canon, John, erg vervelend voor je. Ik hoop dat je genoeg pics op voorraad heb!

Mooie foto John,ik vind de compositie geslaagd door uw pov, de rivier die het onderste volledig in beslag neemt en zo stilletjes aan verdwijnt..natuurlijk ook de mooie kleuren en sherpte niet te vergeten ..

La verdure ici donne un resultat des plus satisfaisant.J'aime bien le cadrage car la riviere nous guide bien au centre du cliché et nous fait profiter de ce joli paysage.

Great compo, nice sharpness and colours. I like the excluding of the sky, it gives the image a kind of "filling" effect. Well, I don't know how to explain it. Anyway, great capture.

Hi John,

The curve of the river is taking our eyesight towards the houses and the forest. The subject is well framed. The different tints of green are an asset to the composition. It is giving a sensation of tranquillity. have a nice day.

Mooie foto John!
The colours are wonderful, despite the weather. The composition is very good. The mountain in background is a good counterpoint to the river, and perfect to avoid a white sky.
