Luxembourg has several impressive bridges to cross gorges surrounding the city centre. This one crosses Alzette river north of the central train station.
Class 2200 of Chemins de Fer Luxemburgeois (CFL) is a three car double deck electric train that came to service in 2004. It's built by Alstom with 'CORADIA Duplex' brand name for regional and intercity trains.

I like the contrast between the old stonebridge, walls and castle with the modern electric train just as "glued" on it. Nice point of view, very good sharpness!

Great exposure control against lights/shadows , fine composition and POV .

The viewpoint close to Bld Patton is quite an amazing place, some days ago I took a picture from nearly the same POV, different train though. So it must be a good composition (LOL). Also you can even shoot through the tunnel leading to the central station and try to spot a train within. Tried it, but the result was less exciting then the idea!
Best regards and TFS, Mike

I liked the soft-tone colour of this picture with so much clarity, superb colour and details!

Kari, when I like in this photo is the POV... Can imagine that it took you a lot of time to find it :)
