Photographer’s Note
Luxembourg has seen a much longer and also colder winter than usual in 2006. Well into March the snow is still on the ground, and the end is not in sight. But it has also been a beautiful winter, quite dry and with several sunny days. This view across the city from south to north with the European center on Kirchberg in the background gives a good impression of what it has been like. This may be common enough in other places, but here it is quite unusual - especially in March.
This photo received the usual slight enhancement in PSP9, clarifying, satutating the colours a little and sharpening after resizing, plus noise reduction filter.

Hi Per,
Here the same. A rather cold winter with quit a lot of snow. I like this picture of ordinarily street life. I like also the contrast in this picture between the typical suburb architecture and the view of the city with all that cranes on the background. Nothing special and that why this picture is so special.
Well done.

Interesting winter view from Luxembourg, Per - the downward perspective towards the background highrises works quite well, and the postman at the left is a nice detail to be included. It looks way more harmless though than the winter conditions we are currently having in southwestern Germany, let alone in Bavaria.

Hej Per,
Great view with a good use of the road that leads the eye into the photo and towards the city with the many cranes. I like colours and light too, well captured!

Nice view Per, must be somewhere in Bonnevoie. Nice plunging sight on the city and on Kirchberg with its eternal flock of cranes. The postman gives a nice colorfull spot in the photo.

Hi Per,
As you have a independent post cycle I'm missing also you interesting last posts wit another problem because I have so much good critiques and photo replies to answer. Generally this is not my hour to see new ones but I caught you ;-)))
I like your urbain catch and in this perspective and approach view with great weather brightness and light that you handled so well. Excelent colors and focusing view with a good sharpness and you also handled well the reduction factors to post. Good use of noise reduction filter for post after what I previously said.
Good work and allways mastering the subtil but not strong PP utils that are necessary in some difficult reduction post conditions. Thanks very much for your past critiques for me to be a good listener and I have also a good teacher by you from my start.
Best to you
Fernando

Bonjour Per,
c'est une situation idéale avec la rue "traditionnelle" descendante et le prolongement de scrapers.
Well done with the quality and the framing. A nice place to see.
