Remich...these boats are waiting for the Spring to come. It is still bitterly cold and the little harbour of Remich is still in its Winter-sleep and so are the small boats.

Oh, so you were down there today. Surprisingly little snow down by the river I see. I like the perpective created by that fence. A very nice POV which lends balance to the combination of water and street.

The interesting colours at the upper part of this picture add life and interest to this pix. The fence and the curve is nicely selected and gives depth to the composition. Interesting situation. Thanks

Good compo and idea John. A bit overexposed, still presenting fine details where I guess the snow there is not so common along this river.

Hi John,
perhaps not only the boats are waiting for a better wheater. Very nice place, and nice compo too.
I like how the curve is well represented from the chain and the contrats of the 'sleeping' boats with multicolors cars parket on the road.

J'aime bien cette composition avec la courbe du quai, très harmonieuse, et les petits bateaux qui voient plus la neige que l'eau, les pauvres! Pas mal vu!
Tu aurais pu peut-être couper les voitures en haut, leurs couleurs vives attirent un peu trop l'oeil.

Une vue insolite et colorée et une composition équilibrée et intéressante. La neige conservée dans les barques ajoute un détail amusant à un ensemble dynamique grâce à la belle courbe fuyante du quai. Belles textures.

Very interesting and successful composition!.. There are three wonderful sequences adding value to the photo: The chains, the trees and the automobiles...

If there were two more boats parking at the available slots, the fourth sequence would be complete. Maybe, the composition would be too ideal and perfect in that case...

Anyway, very great shot. Thanks for sharing this picture with such a funny name :-)
