Photographer’s Note
The view from the highest point in the castle of Bourscheid - the observation tower.
Despite the weather was terrible - raining and windy, I was satisfied by the castle and by amazing autumng views, explored there.
The idea was to make a photo of a tower with small DOP and geometrical layout (the tower in the middle of a bending river).

Hi Igor,
Quite clever POV. The castle really seems to be high above the river. Interesting river curve, nice autumn colours. Bad weather does not matter so much, as the sky is excluded.

Hi Igor,
Nice overview and great colours. Idea is good but I don't like the centered position of the tower though. Maybe a wider view with the tower off-centre would have made a better composition.

Hi Igor,
excellent pov! The composition of the sharp tower peak with the smooth river bend is very appealing. The fall colors add to a great shot.

If I could give you one thousand points, now would be the right time to grant them :) Thisi s a truly marvelous composition and excellent POV! What a shot! You have everything in here: the context, the story, the country, the land, the time of the year, the century, everything. This picture tells it all without being busy. What an amazing feat! :D
