Photographer’s Note
A fountain in the central pedestrian street of kaunas - "Laisves Aleja" (Freedom Alley). It wasn't an easy job to make it to 200kb and keep good quality of jpg.
tech: crop, contrast and levels, slight sharpening

Interesting effect you achieve here. Someone gave me a tip some time ago (can't remember who now) to use the 'save for the web' option in PS, adjust the image quality, and the file size is shown in the lower LHC, does the job with least loss of quality.
