Hi Krzysztof,

A tradional pose from the ladies for a church, I've respect for all belief under the peoples, also for these two women. Maybe want these woman not on the photograph she cover up her face. Composition and sharpness are very nice!

Hi Krzystof,
Like John, I had the same thought about if they feel ashamed, or if they didn't wanted to be photographed. In Riga, Russian orthodox people stand outside churches all the time, hoping for some (financial) help from visitors. I know from various people, that they are not proud to be there.
Technically, I like your composition, although the ladies have some colourfull clothes, it still feeles gray, maybe also becuase of their winterclothes and expression.

Widze ze udalo Ci sie calkiem bardzo zestresowac dwie starsze panie... :-) A co to jest, to takie zolte i zielone, ktore trzymaja w lapkach ??? Czy dobrze zakładam, ze chodzi o zbieranie pieniedzy ??? Fajna fotografia!

This may be the best of your recent series on people. The moment is good, as the two women are sitting and talking, and one places her had over her face as if to say that she is embarassed. Great timing and interesting shot!

I don't why she is hiding her face but against the old wall and worn down door, their presence is pretty symbolic.

Hi Krzysztof,
A poignant, moving scene outside of this church. It is hard to determine what exact emotions the one woman is experiencing, but one definitely empathizes with her. I like this natural scene, with good lighting and contrast. The open church door on the right is symbolic perhaps of hope and help. A crisp clear capture. Well done, my friend.
