Photographer’s Note
Hello, I'm back again, from yet another trip to this very pleasant place in Lithuania.
First of this set is a short series about the two funicular railways which operate in the two, and have seen uninterrupted serive for 76 years.
The red and white one gives access to a view point overlooking the old town.
A round trip costs 1 Litas (about 20p or 30 euro cents).

Well composed shot, Richad, making good use of the vertical. Add to that a red train of sorts, and you've got my attention ;o)
Nice view of this obviously decent town. It ain't Hua Hin but it will do.
Cheers,
Francis

Funny how this reminds me of Lisbon. The funicular, the water and the orange roofs of the old town on the background. I like the electric cables coming from the top right as if they were holding the whole frame. Nice compo.

An excellent Funiculi shot, Richard. It looks very impressive on this steep climb. I like how you captured the Funiculi look at it. Well seen and framed.

Bonjour Richard,
Best regards.
Daniel.
