a very nice shot. I love the live colors of the tree top against the smooth calm colors of the sky and reflection. details are great.
something in the composition is not 'it'. maybe the pole at the top or the next bush at the left. Im not sure you could have done something about it though.

Welcome to TrekEarth! If you can I might consider using a graduated neutral density filter next time - the sky's a little washed out in the top left. That said I like your shot :-)

It's a very nice picture except for the over exposed sky in the upper left. (And I don't think that the post in the foreground helps.)

You might want to try to bring down the sky a bit with editing. If nothing else, try cropping off the left side of the shot and make the tree your focal point.
