People out for a walk a=on a very sunny but cold afternoon along the completely frozen over Nemunas. About -17 here last night.

What do you do in Lithunia?? cold winter atmospher, good composition, last year, it was -52 in Yakoutia....

Hello Richard,
Beautiful composition. Very well framed.
I like the perspectives created by the trees, the lampposts and wall.
The long flight of narrow stairs in the background adds a touch of mystery.

Hi Richard,
Beautiful B&W. Sidelight gives strong contrasts. I like the way that path is placed on the right and continues upwards as stairs. Snow makes this so much brighter than how it would otherwise be.

Hey, I'm going to be in Vilnius for a day in May. Any tips?
We're going to make a fantastic trip anyway, by train from Rotterdam through Vilnius, 5 days in St Petersburg, then a choir festival in Vaasa, Finland and then further on by train and boat through Stockholm back to the Netherlands. I'm really looking forward to it....
