[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo taken outside the railway station in Klaipeda. It seems new to myself since previous visits.
The statue depicts, the return to the city of peoples who fled in wartime 1939-40 when the city emptied due to the comflicting approach of armies.

It was a very dull day making the results little dark.
The photo was lightened using Picassa2
It seems a little bland, with the light pavement, I thought better to show the satue features better.

Hi Robert,
This photo is interesting and show us a situation in that wartime (1039-40). I loved it.
regards
Maria

Hello Rob,
A nice capture of this statue, which contrasts very well with the red brick buildings behind. I might have cloned out or cropped the cars, but the line of the pavement gives a good feeling of depth so perhaps better to clone if possible. Interesting to see.

It think it's good that you included not just statue, but some of the surroundings. It's quite unusual to see a statue in such place.
I think lightening is a bit overdone.
