Photographer’s Note

Dear friends, this is the last shot of our honeymoon!
There was simply a great light in Riga that evening, and the huge wall with a fresco was a perfect subject, in my opinion.
Hope you like the shot as I hope you liked the whole Travelogue.

hi Giuseppe,
I hope you had good time in my native city :) in any case, the light that you have captured here is beautiful, it's not often that you get such pink and purple tones in Riga. also, I quite like what you have chosen as a balance for the sky, the abstract fresco even has matching colours, excellent observation. but I think a minor crop from the left would emphasise more the abstraction, so I've tried a quick WS, hope you don't mind.

may your whole life be just one long honeymoon :)

Hi Guiseppe,

Fantastic sky and wonderful composition. I couldn't event make the difference if it was really a house because my eyes where caught by the fresco. Most impressive is that the colors of the sky seems to be in symbiosis with the colors of the fresco.

I like very much this shot with the beautiful colours in the sky and the so unusual drawing on the wall. Beautiful.
