As an Estonian, it's very appropriate that you should have stayed in the Hotel Reval. ;-)
This is a nice evening photo with good contrast. The city lights are not overexposed and you can see plenty of good detail in the buildings. It's a pity you had so much fog, though.

Great atmosfere! Very romantik! I like it a lot, it warm me up... For the technique that's too bad we see your reflection in the window... But great job though!
