Photographer’s Note

"Greater Amberjack record for the friends of the Ichnusa pier "
So the main daily newspaper "Unione Sarda" headline a few years ago the article that outlined the publication of my photos in the newspaper.

During a walk with my wife in the port of Cagliari, I noticed a young man surrounded by many people, who seemed to have taken something huge aid for its excellence.
My immediate reaction was to run home to take the fotocamera.
I have done in time to come back and still in place for about an hour to attend the fishery for this Greater AmberJack who fought desperately. Had to weigh about 40 kg. and Cagliari remains for a record unmatched fishing rod.
To pull on it there was need a harpoon that is what appears in the photo.
Had the approval of the fisherman, (if I remember correctly David, the guy on the right with white T-shirt), I took the photo, after developing and printing, the newspaper that published immediately.

The photo was executed with a Nikon F2 Photomic and clearly I scanned before post it on TE.

Caspita che cattura! Anche il tuo reportage foto-giornalistico non è da meno. Buon lavoro.

PS. la 500 è mitica, se rossonera diventa leggenda, non e vero Mario ?

decisamente un record questo pesce, vedi quando dico che la fotocamera va sempre tenuta con se'. ottima la scannerizzazione hai fatto davvero un bel lavoro.

Beh, innanzitutto complimenti per la scannerizzazione, un lavoro mai facile, e per questa rara immagine, perchè non è da tutti i giorni poter ammirare un esemplare così grande di ricciola. Chissà se a distanza di quasi 10 anni ce ne sono ancora di ricciole così...

io tra le mie passioni ho anche quella per la pesca subacquea ed il sogno di arpionare una grande preda appartiene ad ogni apneista che si rispetti, anche se ad una preda così sarebbe più opportuno non sparare (ma solo per problemi di inclunità personale e salvaguardia dell'attrezzatura).
Bella, da vero fotoreporter, non a caso è finita sul giornale.
