[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Railway Station Roma Termini. The big Publicity wall of Benetton in the entrance of the station. A guy sitting on the floor hearing music from his laptop.

A policeman came to me and told me that it is not allowed to take pictures inside the Railway Station. Crazy world.

Hi Nino, lots of interesting elements to appreciate in this image, like the typography, the wild color palette, the interaction of the people down to almost a graphical element. My only draw back on this image is the fact that the the camera is not perpendicular to the wall, it has a slight angle, but then again, you had to steal the picture away from the police... Crazy world indeed...

Hi Nino

A good daily life scene, with marvellous vibrant colour, at first glance, that is saddened / slightly tarnished a little, by the sight of the beggar. (Or is he busking?) I like the dual English / Italian text. Good sharpness & framing. Tfs!

Yes really great, Nino! The use of the brilliant printed images to set against these two real images, the pic sharp man sitting and the foreground figure in perfect motion blur. the interaction between the subjects is lovely . regards kevin

Interesting urban mood... Colors produce a strong visual impact and graphism... The walking shadow is important to illustrate the anonymous life of big cities... That's well composed.

Hallo Nino. Opening soon. Prossima apertura. Für mich hat das auch etwas mit der Blende der Kamera bzw. mit dem Auge des Menschen zu tun. Als Wirklichkeit erscheinen zuerst die Köpfe auf dem Plakat. Erst danach entdeckt man den kleinen sitzende Mann. Neben der Dominanz des Plakats erscheint der Mann fast unbedeutend, - ebenso wie der vorbeihuschende Schatten. Überhaupt: alles Grandiose läßt den einzelnen Menschen klein erscheinen, - und das ist vielleicht auch der beabsichtigte Effekt. Das Photo ist sehr interessant. Es zeigt verschiedene psychologisch deutbare Aspekte der Wirklichkeit. Ein guter Schuss. Viele Grüße, wolfgang.
