Here we are in the market of Acireale. the market is in the streets of the old town. I asked this fish seller the permission to take a picture and he told me I could shot, in the beginnig I was attracted by the
beauty of the fishes, only some days later, watching the picture I noticed that the boy was watching me: he was at work while I was in Acireale for holiday!

semplice ma perfetta!

Ciao Francesco,
complimenti bel lavoro
Giorgio

ciao francesco,
i always go to fish markets if only i have a chance to when visiting the coastal places... the markets fascinate me as the variet of fish and people working with them is practically unlimited...
in fact - the boy whom you noticed later is quite important here, imo, as he gives an idea about "naturalism" of this scene...
also - "viva san sebastiano" sign gives some room for additional interpretations...
like this work,
best wishes, j.

Olá Francesco, very nice daily life scene from the fish market. Some good details can be observed. I like the low plan that gives more importance to the pieces of fish and also lead us to the boy that we discover afterwards and I agree that's the key of this picture.
Ciao,
ricardo
