Küller küllere, güller güllere, günler de günlere karışıp giderken bir kayıp daha. Bundan önce opera dünyasından kayan yıldızlar için en fazla Zehra Yıldız'da bu kadar üzülmüştüm. Leyla Hanım'la bizzat tanışma şansım da olmuştu. Şanslı azınlıklardan olacağım demek ki hep.
Veda için onun da en sevdiği, ve opera edebiyatının en güzel ve bir o kadar da zor bir eserini buraya eklemek uygun olacaktır:

casta diva, che inargenti
queste sacre antiche piante,
a noi volgi il bel sembiante
senza nube e senza vel...
tempra, o diva,
tempra tu de’ cori ardenti
tempra ancora lo zelo audace,

Bu kare gene "minik" in "maxi" bir işi ! Muhteşem grafik etkisi olan bir siyah beyaz çalışma.
Ama en güzeli verdiğin notlar ! Senden başka kimse şu ana kadar hatırlamadı.

I was wondering if this image was actually the famous theatre... pfff no !
A very sci-fi environment here, in the blade runner underworld style... but you managed to include the lonely woman to lift it up a bit. Looks she was in a hurry, must not have felt safe having a giant camera maniac running after her ;-))

Your picture has the all elements that you like Korkut! . Night, internal spaces, presence in a feminin way, lightings with artistic provision and a good corner shot. Try to increase a bit the sharpness and the contrast. I like the "zoom" effect here.

I read about the death of Leyla Gencer a few days ago. I have to admit that I didn’t know her since I’m no opera fan. Your photo fits pretty well to this sad occasion.

I think this is the best of your last three postings with strong graphism and very good frame composition. I think though that it needed a bit more contrast. Furthermore I wonder about the noise. It’s too much for ISO 320. Did you add some on purpose?

Interesting choice of image for your memorial post. You have a very creative mind: I suppose you have to "think outside the box" when making difficult diagnoses.
I think the hazy atmosphere from the noise and low contrast is perfect for your purpose. Any other time I would say cut the noise and zap up the contrast. Well done
