| In Rome the catholic faith seems to be omnipresent. It is difficult to walk far without finding an elaborate church or monument. To me, this site however really shows the true catholic spirit in many Romans. It was outside somebody's home, a simple and honest symbol of faith. |

Hi John,
nice shot, your comment is very true. That's a nice spot you found, I love the flowers as a offering to God, the bright mediterranean orange wall, and the pavement and missing chips of wall that really give an antique feel to it. Great shot. Do you have any idea what the number "1199" means? Seems a bit too old to be the year of construction, but it could be.
